How to install the extension

Downloaded the ZIP file? Follow these steps to load it into Google Chrome.

Extract the ZIP file

  • Right-click the downloaded ZIP file.
  • Choose Extract All… (or Extract Here).
  • This creates a folder — for example, Clitoria Seller Toolkit.
⚠️ Note: You can't install an extension straight from the ZIP file. You need the extracted folder.

Open the Chrome Extensions page

  • Open Google Chrome.
  • In the address bar, type:
chrome://extensions
  • Press Enter.

Turn on Developer mode

  • You'll see a Developer mode toggle in the top-right corner.
  • Switch it ON.

Click "Load unpacked"

  • Once Developer mode is on, a few new buttons appear at the top.
  • Click Load unpacked.

Select the extension folder

  • Now select the folder you extracted earlier.
Downloads └── Clitoria Seller Toolkit ├── manifest.json ├── background.js ├── popup.html ├── popup.js ├── icons └── ...
✅ Important: Select the folder that directly contains manifest.json.
  • Click Select Folder.

Installation complete

  • If everything went well, the extension is added to Chrome right away.
  • You can find it by clicking the Extensions (🧩) icon in the Chrome toolbar.
